Authors’ Guidelines

The UNIDX Editorial Fund establishes the following Authors’ Guidelines to provide a comprehensive framework for the submission of book manuscripts intended for academic publication. These guidelines aim to ensure that all submitted works meet the required standards of scholarly rigor, structural coherence, and editorial quality, thereby facilitating a consistent and transparent evaluation process.

The Editorial Fund welcomes submissions from researchers, academics, and professionals interested in publishing scholarly books that contribute meaningfully to their respective fields of knowledge. Submitted manuscripts must be original and unpublished, demonstrating intellectual integrity, academic relevance, and a clear contribution to research or higher education. Works may be individual or collaborative; however, in the case of co-authored books, a maximum of five authors is permitted. Each author must explicitly define their role and contribution to the development of the manuscript.

Authors are required to submit a complete manuscript that reflects a well-organized academic structure. The text should present a logical progression of ideas, with clearly defined sections or chapters, and must be written in formal academic language. Proper citation practices are mandatory, and all sources must be accurately referenced according to the citation style required by the Editorial Fund. The manuscript should demonstrate clarity, consistency, and coherence in both content and presentation.

In addition to the manuscript, authors must provide the documentation requested by the Editorial Fund at the time of submission. This includes, but is not limited to, declarations related to authorship, originality, and the ethical integrity of the work. The responsibility for the content rests entirely with the authors, who must ensure that all data, references, figures, and conceptual contributions included in the manuscript are accurate, properly attributed, and ethically sound.

Authors must also ensure that their work adheres to established standards of academic integrity. The manuscript must reflect a high level of originality, supported by appropriate citation practices and responsible use of sources. Any failure to comply with these requirements may result in the manuscript being returned for revision or excluded from further consideration.

By submitting a manuscript to the UNIDX Editorial Fund, authors acknowledge and accept these guidelines, as well as any additional editorial requirements that may be communicated during the evaluation and production stages. Compliance with these provisions is essential for the successful progression of the manuscript within the editorial system.
